Mariah (D.O.B)March 2001
Mariah is an engaging teenager looking for her forever family. Could your family be the answer? Mariah at first presents as quiet and reserved, but it doesn't take long for her to warm up ,and for conversations to flow. Mariah is very curious by nature and enjoys learning new things. Some of her interests and hobbies include volleyball, soccer, eating pizza, and learning about boats. Mariah is typically very respectful with adults, but at times struggles with same age peer relationships. Mariah would need your help in developing positive peer relations, developing personal boundaries, developing healthy relationships , and finding a sense of belonging. Mariah attends school in a regular classroom setting . Additionally, Mariah participates in counseling services to help her express her feelings and process the emotions associated with those feelings. Mariah would need your commitment and support in ensuring this continues. Mariah's forever family must be willing to work with service providers in order to learn more about her and how to care for her specific needs. Mariah desires to maintain contact with a sibling who is currently in care of another caregiver. It is recommended that Mariah maintain this contact and that this contact be monitored. If you are interested in learning more about Mariah, I look forward to hearing from you.
