Tyler (D.O.B) April 2005
Tyler is an active, energetic, and animated little boy with a passion for all things super hero. Tyler enjoys all sports, playing in the woods, and singing. Tyler reports he doesn't like to eat meat, and if he could only eat one food for the rest of his life it would be spaghetti. Tyler has had many life experiences in his short life that have impacted his needs. Tyler at times can demonstrate aggressive behaviors and his behavior can be difficult to manage at times. Tyler receives supportive services to process these behaviors as well as separation and loss issues. Tyler will need your commitment and support in ensuring these services continue. Although Tyler attends school in a regular classroom setting, he has a behavioral and educational IEP ( Individual Educational Plan) that provides him special educational services. Those working with Tyler believe that the best family for him would be a single or two parent home with structure, nurturing, patience, consistency, and a strong support system. Tyler's forever family must be open to working with educational, and mental health providers and follow through with recommendations to meet his special needs. If you're interested in learning more about Tyler, I look forward to hearing from you.
